AboutKevin B. Jones

Founder and CEO

Kevin Jones is a graduate of Charleston Southern University, where he began a successful career in real estate during his senior year in college. With a vast new-home sales background, Jones has worked directly with small custom builders to serving as VP of Sales and Marketing and President for both regional and national homebuilders, to leading as Director of Sales and BIC for The Cliffs Communities, Jones has led his teams to broker over $500M in property sales across the Carolinas.

Kevin owned and operated two (2) successful print and digital media franchises in the Carolinas, until serving as the company’s National Director of Sports Recruiting, and later, Region Manager (managing 60+ franchisees across SC, NC, and VA). During his tenure, Kevin and his fellow team collectively increased the company’s revenue from $32M to $135M in 9 years. Jones was the Founding President of the SC Football Hall of Fame and Olympic Torch Relay Manager for both the 2002 Salt Lake Winter Olympics and the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics.

 

Kevin’s 2002 Olympic Torch Bearer Manager responsibilities included traveling over 18,500 miles across America, working with each city official and local Olympic Torch Bearers throughout 46 states. He later served as the Olympic Torch Bearer Manager for the first global Olympic Torch Relay with the 2004 Athens Summer Olympics, where he traveled around the world, managing the Olympic Torch Relay in the following locations: Melbourne, Australia; Delhi, India; Mexico City, Mexico; New York, NY; Helsinki, Finland; Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland; Rome, Italy; and Sofia, Bulgaria.

Mr. Jones’ philanthropic and community endeavors include his previous role as Founder and CEO of Hometown Heroes International, Board of Directors for Legacy Road 501(c)(3), and Advisory Council for Ruth Graham Ministries, along with his continued support for the Nicaragua Project and Connie Maxwell Children’s Home.

Kevin is a published author, corporate sales trainer, and speaker. His specialty is in developing strategic “start-up” operations and team building.

Jones says his greatest accomplishments are father, husband, friend, and brother. Kevin is an avid musician and songwriter, while he continues his passion for college football, and still finds time to pursue his love for travel, writing, and fly-fishing.

 

AboutMandy Chapman-Crain, M.Ed

Franchise Owner and BIC

After earning degrees from Clemson and Furman Universities, Mandy taught elementary school prior to launching her real estate career two decades ago. She has experience working under various corporate structures in the general real estate industry including large franchises and independent brokerages. Additionally, Mandy spent several years recruiting and training agents while developing and implementing alternative business models. She holds licenses in both South Carolina and North Carolina.

In 2013, Mandy opened her own brokerage where she served as the Broker-In-Charge while continuing to help hundreds of buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. For the past decade, she and her team have focused on making each day fun, while being committed to maintaining a high standard of excellence, trust and integrity in business. “Our focus will always be centered around polishing skills and improving the processes we use to serve clients. We set the bar high when it comes to providing outstanding service”, says Chapman-Crain.

 

Serving as the 2022 President of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR), the current President of the Greater Travelers Rest Chamber of Commerce (GTRCC) and director of the annual Travelers Rest Christmas Parade, it is evident that Mandy loves the real estate industry and values building relationships within the community. She and her husband also advocate for the Greenville County Litter Prevention Program and are frequently spotted picking up litter around town. Mandy and her family live on a 10-acre hobby farm in Travelers Rest where they enjoy spending time outdoors tending to their animals, four-wheeling and chasing sunsets.
